Answers for RFQ, production, quality, and delivery
Please provide Gerber files, BOM, and centroid (pick-and-place) files. Assembly drawings, test requirements, approved substitute parts, target quantity, and delivery destination help us prepare a more accurate quotation.
We support prototype and production requirements. MOQ depends on the PCB specification, component sourcing, assembly process, and testing needs. Send your project files and target quantity for confirmation.
Final lead time is confirmed after engineering review and BOM availability checks. It includes PCB fabrication, component procurement, assembly, inspection, and any required testing. Component availability is often the main variable, so we confirm the production schedule after reviewing your files, quantity, and delivery requirements.
Inspection can include SPI, AOI, X-ray, visual inspection, and electrical or functional testing as applicable to the project. Please provide test procedures, fixtures, firmware, and acceptance criteria when required.
We can review turnkey, partial-turnkey, and consigned PCBA requirements. The final sourcing model is confirmed after BOM review. For customer-supplied parts, please provide a packing list, quantities, part numbers, handling requirements, and any approved alternatives so incoming inspection and production planning can be confirmed before assembly.
Please request an NDA before sharing confidential project files. We can review your NDA requirements and confirm the applicable confidentiality arrangements before quotation. Gerber files, BOMs, drawings, firmware, and test documents are handled according to the confidentiality terms agreed for the project.
